The Weight You’re Carrying

Not everything you hold is meant to stay.

There are things we carry long after they’ve stopped serving us.

Expectations we didn’t choose.
Stories we didn’t write.
Responsibilities that quietly grew heavier over time.

And somewhere along the way, we stopped questioning them.

We just… kept going.

Tuesday has a different kind of energy.
The urgency of Monday has passed, but the distance to the weekend still feels long.

This is where people start to feel tired.

Not because of the work—but because of the weight.

But what if the exhaustion isn’t from doing too much…
but from holding too much?

What if the real shift isn’t in adding more discipline or effort—
but in letting something go?

Letting go doesn’t mean failure.
It means recognition.

Recognition that not everything assigned to you belongs to you.

You are allowed to release what no longer aligns.
You are allowed to outgrow what once defined you.

And sometimes, the strongest thing you can do…
is put something down.
